Simple New Years goals are sometimes best and easily attainable.
With more and more people working from home and at a screen;
Eight hours can go by before we know it.
Think of (8) hours in a work day, (8) recommended glasses of water a day

Set your phone clock to ring each hour of your work day.
When it rings, get up from your work position. Stretch, walk, move, meditate,

This five minute investment, allows you to be fresh and more in tune to your work and overall personal objectives. They say it takes 21 days to make a habit a natural routine. Why not make it a good one.
This is a simple investment in you. You are worth it. Keep your circulation going with movement, relaxation and water. It relieves stress and fatigue and can acutally make you more productive overall. Your body is atleast 60% water. Don't let it stagnate. Mind, body and soul are important.
